The color pallet's based off of the best Pokemon of all Pokemon ever. The first of anyone to guess any Pokemon other than Bulbasaur is a dumbo. Because the answer is obvious. Always Bulbasaur.
Still workin' on some names & details, these are the very first visuals conjured up of this character, so I'd love any feedback y'all could so generously provide!
