Same Me, New Injury 🥲

Injured my left arm and I have no idea what happened or how it happened. I just woke up and felt like my elbow forearm area was strained. I imagine it may have been from a gym day where I overworked it. But it's hard to say because I feel like I've been taken it easy.
Anyway, I'll be heading to the Physical Therapist that helped me after my car accident so it'll be nice to see her again. She gets to repair the other side of my body now. Injury aside, mental has been above average.
I'm still in this weird funk state where I feel a certain kind of way about the state of the world. I described it the other day on stream as News Fatigue. But also feel like it's not just news. Could be me changing as well.
Currently reading The Molecule of More. Amazing book on learning almost everything about dopamine. The good, the bad. How it controls us. Sage Arc Omni is becoming one of my favorite life arcs.
Anyway, it's Fall. Best vibes. Lofi. Orange/Brown. Coffee. Brisk. Heat is wavering. Bugs hopefully dying soon. Excited to bury into my passion and keep growing. See ya' guys in a few! Thanks again for the support.
