Only the concept is inspired by "when Harry met Sally". Besides that, they are two different films. Also the restaurant scene was missing in this one. But that scene was remade in another Saif movie called Salaam Namaste which was actually inspired by Hugh Grant's movie Nine months. Confusing, I Know.
