I don't know who the singer is but he definitely isn't Atif Aslam. It's cool you remember Atif's name but he has such a unique voice which is unmistakable.

In India you will find it a common thing, people have official names but family/friends start calling them by their nick-names becuase it's cute and that name sticks. So everyone will call you with that childhood name but not know your actual name. Names are pronounced like this: Bub-lu and Good-du
