2021-06-04 07:16:37 +0000 UTCSome new/contemporary Bengali movies for you- Rosogolla (must watch), Maati, Bishorjon, Belasheshe, Jaatishwar, Bhooter Bhabishyat, Dhananjay, Autograph, Chitrangada, etc. And I agree with my fellow commenter that you MUST look for these comments as these would NEVER make into the polls and even if they do, they WON’T win. Also, glad that you finally watched something of Sushmita Sen.

And Srijit Mukherji and the late Rituparno Ghosh (directors) are the best choices to start with. I have been requesting for Autograph and Chotushkon in the monthly polls since forever, but it never makes it to the final voting. For Rituparno's films, you could start with Paromitar Ekdin, Dohon, Unishe April. These will never make it in your polls, so you really have to take note of these titles here.
