Most of the balls you saw in the video were bowled at around 90 Miles p.h. . The fastest bowl on record is at 100 mph and has been reached only once. Swing is different than "spin" which you guys spoke of. Swing is more about aerodynamics and happens at faster speeds than spin, which is more about using fingers or wrist and involves way more "turn".
