Indru Netru Naalai and 24 are two good sci fi (time travel) movies in Tamil.

He is one of the most sought after character actors right now in Malayalam and has a ton of awards to his name including a βBest actorβ national award. Please see if someone can suggest his older slapstick comedy with subtitles just to see his ability to do funny roles. But One thing is that his comedy mainly depends on the slangs and language and May not connect with non malayalees.
