I believe that Katrina does have some good performances. I personally really enjoyed her in New York, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Zero, Tiger Zinda Hai, ZNMD, and Rajneeti. But I do agree that she hasn’t perfected the craft yet and has a long way to go but she’s not awful either

2021-12-12 15:27:02 +0000 UTCI saw Katrina twice, in Jab Tak Hai Jaan and in Zero. She had something more substantial to act in Zero and I really liked her performance. In Jab Tak Hai Jaan she was good enough. Good job from director and cinematographer who imo were able to transform her limitations into some calm passion and put it in contrast with energy of Anushka Sharma. It worked for me. And her dances (Ishq dance & Ishq Shava) were great.
