Patreon休止のお知らせ
Added 2022-10-28 10:37:18 +0000 UTC草野郎の管理している三つの支援サイトの一つである、Patreonは今月いっぱいで休止します。来月以降の更新はありません。
支援者の大半はFantiaとFANBOXに加入しているのであまり影響はないと思いますが、複数の支援サイトを切り替えて支援する方もごく一部いらっしゃるので、念のためご報告させていただきます。
休止理由としては、Patreon運営よりガイドライン違反の指摘があったことです。
自分の描く陵辱系作品全般がガイドラインに引っかかるため、該当する投稿記事の削除、Twitterに掲載されているガイドライン違反の画像削除、という指示がありました。
おそらく、ロリ（貧乳もあやしい）、陵辱、獣姦、近親相姦（義理もNG）を除いた、純愛作品であればPatreonにおいて活動は可能だと思うのですが、自分の主体としている作風では不可能なので、ここは潔く撤退すべきだと判断に至りました。
彼らの思想と合わなければ、他サイトであるTwitterにまで規制を強制するという強引な考え方には正直かなり引いています…。
あまりにも大きな価値観の相違と、海外の規制の流れというものをヒシヒシと感じました。
また、日本における表現の自由の大切さと素晴らしさを改めて思い知りました。

少しでも風向きが変わったら、自分みたいな陵辱系作家は一気に絶滅危惧種になる危険性があります。はー、、やだやだ。全く、嫌になりますね。何も余計なこと考えずにエロ絵だけ描いて生きていきたいもんです。

Patreon, one of the three support sites managed by Kusa Yaro, will be suspended at the end of this month. There will be no updates after next month.
Most of our supporters are subscribed to Fantia and Fanbox, so this will not affect them too much, but there are a few who switch between multiple support sites, so we would like to inform you just in case.
The reason for the suspension is that the Patreon management has pointed out that I have violated their guidelines.
Since all of the humiliation-related works that I draw are in violation of the guidelines, I was instructed to delete the corresponding posts and remove the images posted on Twitter that violate the guidelines.
I think it is possible to work on Patreon as long as the works are pure love works, excluding Lolita (even if they have small breasts), humiliation, bestiality, and incest (incest is not acceptable), but since it is impossible for my main style, I have decided that I should withdraw from Patreon gracefully.
To be honest, I am quite taken back by their aggressive approach of enforcing restrictions even on Twitter, which is another site, if it does not match their ideology....
I felt the huge difference in values and the trend of regulation overseas.
I was also reminded of the importance and beauty of freedom of expression in Japan.
Well, Japan is the best. I love Japan.
Let's all protect freedom of expression.
If the winds change even a little, there is a danger that humiliation writers like myself will become an endangered species at once. Oh, no, no, no. I am totally disgusted. I want to live my life drawing erotic pictures without thinking about anything else.
I will continue to update Fantia and FANBOX, so please support me.

I am an individual, so I am limited in the scope of my activities. I want many people to "enjoy my work," but it is difficult to do everything. I may also operate one overseas support site in the next year or so.

A silly rule, I do not think. But it makes me sad. I have nothing to say about people's preferences regarding commission sites. But there is one important point: without creator-friendly commissions like skeb, the culture in which anyone in the world can easily make a request to a Japanese illustrator or cartoonist would not have been born. No late-starting commissions would have been created either. In order to protect that culture, I follow the rules.

Skeb is the opposite, the people who pay lots of money have no rights, so if the creator makes a mistake, the client has wasted his money and time. Pixiv request and skima are a lot better in this regard.

However, that can also be said for skeb, which is the opposite of patreon. They are very strict with their rules, as they are very overprotective of the rights of creators. If we disclose the price, creators will compete with each other to lower the price. That's what we are trying to avoid. It is a cozy site for creators. The only exception is for authors like me who do high and complicated commissions.

2022-10-28 23:25:32 +0000 UTCThe complaints about Patreon enforcing their rules even outside of their own site have been going on for a while. It's more noticeable if you follow politics. It's how subscribestar managed to get a niche. I wonder who's more annoying with their rules, Patreon, or Skeb.

2022-10-28 15:35:00 +0000 UTCIt's sad that for many foreigners, including me, we can't use Patreon or Twitter as we want, due to the rules of those platforms, or the woke beliefs of some users, maybe gumroad or subscribestar would be a good suggestion since they are friendly to foreigners and without as many restrictions as on Patreon.
