Yes, Trader Joe’s used to have good frozen Indian food (not the greatest but better than some of the other brands we get in the US even better than the ones in Indian stores).Costco also had a couple of good items a few years back. Don’t remember what it was though. Making Dosa is easy. But have seen the fermentation is a challenge when it’s too cold outside. Also the choice of rice matters. That’s why South Indian dosa comes out better. It’s never cold here and we have perfect rice variety .
