Its not toxic. In the movie Suriya played a roudy character especially in the backstrory of Suriya and Bhumika. After he met Jyothika, things has changed and he is much more relaxed. So this song, taking place in the backstory, actually protrays that roudy character. They have to watch the movie to get the context. Have you watched it?
