All across India we have specific words for each family relatives - be it mother's parents(Nana/Nani), father's parents(Dada/Dadi), mother's brother and his wife (Mama/Mami), father's brother and wife (Chacha/Chachi), mother's sister and her husband(Mausi/Mausa Ji) and father's sister and her husband(Bua/Fufa Ji) and many more have different name for addressing them, great grandparents both maternal and paternal side have different names the children of all immediate and first cousins - everyone has a name for the relationship they have with the person. Aunty and Uncle are usually reserved for elders that don't have a relationship name attached to them but are familiar to you like your neighbors or strangers depending on age. And some of the names I mentioned are what I use but it might differ in different languages or regions/communities.
