This is the Kamal Haasan movie that my family would rave about and highly recommend others to watch. I better not show them this 😂 In my eyes, it's a masterpiece. For the first time I'm hearing mixed reviews about this movie. Wow, that's interesting. About the stabbing: At that time people loved theatre and stage performances much more than today, so it's not a surprise why this movie was shot much more in a theatrical style. It also suits the storyline as it revolves around classical Indian dance.

This film is an ode to classical dance and a specialty of K Vishwanath. Manju Bhargavi was the leading lady in the other film of his that you watched, Sankara Bharanam.

I remember Rick mentioned so many times so many people had reached out to him thanking you both for helping them with your videos in difficult times. Cinema is passion in India. The biggest of stars aren’t exempted from the love and the wrath - not justifying just saying how it is. Pls don’t leave the internet because of idiots. More power to you!

It’s terrible that the internet is such a toxic place now but it happens here as well. But of course, anything that happens anywhere, India has to match it and then raise it! We’re not exactly known for our moderation. I would hate to be a celebrity or own any kind of public platform for the Indian audience. You guys are brave.
