btw, reading Ponniyin Selvan before watching the film will be ideal but its a very long book. But its also one of the most entertaining books I have read. It historic fiction and some of the best, well rounded characters ever. Am nervous about its film adaption but Mani Ratnam is probably the best person to helm it.

2022-06-14 18:09:19 +0000 UTCEvery song in this album "Agni Nakshatram" is simply amazingly beautiful. The film may not have aged very well but you can/must react to every song in this movie. You will love them. I think you have reacted to 2 (ninu kori varnam and Raja di raja) already but there are some other amazing ones, like Thoongatha Vizhigal and Vaa Vaa Anbe Anbe.
