I haven't seen the Korean film but I was simply blownaway by the filmmaking in Jigarthanda and not to mention Bobby Simha, who plays the gangster, won the National Award for his performance!

2022-06-12 19:22:34 +0000 UTCI haven't seen Jigarthanda as I'm not the biggest fan of remakes. But I'm intrigued to watch it. I really doubt it's gonna top the original because 'A Dirty Carnival' is one of the masterpieces of Korean cinema and one of the best gangster films ever made.
