Good video. However working on Big hollywood movies is not that recent for India. My first show was 'Golden Compass' which was 15 years ago and it even won an oscar for the vfx. So like any other industry its very difficult to retain the top artists in India simply for the reason Korbin mentioned. Come to the US or UK and earn 10 times more. London is the main hub for vfx, unlike 10 years ago when All the big studios were in the US. But most of the work India does for Hollywood would be done by the subsidiary offices of London based studios opened in India for cheap labour.
