the biggest food shock (more like disappointment) that most people coming from India to US is "Chinese food"... Chinese food in india is "indo-chinese" with manchurian, hakka noodles, etc. on the menu..... nothing even close to the American Chinese food that you get here which includes Orange chicken.... :D
