@AshQueen "who were simply calling out the bias in content viewing" ... This is really not accurate. Every other post was an incendiary accusatory statement with 0 respect for whoever they were talking to or for the authority of the channel. And every time anyone pointed out there was something wrong with the way they were talking to people, the response was always ..."I'm just making a suggestion" ... A suggestion is "why don't you think about this" or "Hey can you do this" .... suggestions don't bulldoze people and talk to them like they're idiots and order people around like we own them. I can say this with absolute certainty that this is not about bias -- you know how I know? Because I am CLUELESS and would have not even known something was Tamil or Hindi. I speak neither one and for a while it sounded the same to me. Am I biased against Tamil? Not in the least, I want to see more of the movies because now that I am differentiating more, the movies seem really cool and it is fascinating to me now. I am getting the impression that maybe Tamil cinema even ventured out a little more than the Hindi ones I've seen from the same time period, though this is just what I currently think based on a select few things. And as I am saying this I am very happy that now I can speak freely about it without having to tiptoe around whatever was going on with these conversations. There were way, way better ways to say the same things. If you want to have a nice conversation about Tamil movies then make it a welcoming atmosphere to do so. There is no war here. That's all I'll say on that front though, I am not trying to prolong the discussion. I just don't want it to seem like other Tamil people are not welcomed bc this was really not even about that at all. If you review all the comments they stated, particularly the stream of profanity implying everyone here is looking for "white approval" (this is such nonsense, what if some people here are white?!!) and can't see a problem then I don't know how to explain any better. Anyway I'm really looking forward to the next Tamil movie review, seems like a lot of fun.

The worst part is it was tainting the idea of watching tamil cinema for me. I was like if this is the conversation we have to have in order to watch these movies (which are probably amazing and wonderful and I DO want to watch them) then I don't want to have it. Now we can watch the movies without feeling coerced and demeaned. -_- Sheesh.

They were turning all your posts into world war 3, the whole feed was just nonsense. Sometimes you gotta kick people out and it does not make you the bad guy @korbin. I am not speaking as an enemy of free thought (as what was seemingly always accused of any who disagreed) but all your lovely videos were just becoming toxic.

Trying to pick on little words, statements, and gestures, making a mountain of a molehill on every possible video is not very welcoming. We are all here to spread love and have a little fun. Nobody has time after a long day’s toil to constantly indulge in arguments. This was really getting too much. I am very happy that we can all be in a positive environment again. Amen.

2022-11-21 17:50:51 +0000 UTCAs someone had rightfully mentioned, she had the tendency to “roll everywhere like a free dice and leave dirty trail behind.” So i think it was needed as she very much instigated troubles, conflicts and fostered toxic environment in here. Being passionate is one thing but nursing entrenched opinions on every other thing under the sun is a great recipe for conflicts.
