What u guys need to know is this art form dates back to 2 Century BCE. The title of this video itself is misleading as there is nothing sexual about this art form. I happy to see art forms that had been erased by Colonialism being rediscovered by the current generation. I find this to be the case of Kalari in Kerala, which survived only because it became part of the resistance movement against the British as it is a legitimate martial art. So yeah, this ancient art form requires a lot of dedication in practice etc..
