Love me some vfx talk. The thing that Rick pointed out about decisions regarding the light on the shield being practical was spot on. If they had decided to go with adding that light on her face in post it would cost them 5-10 Lakhs more, all for a 3 second shot. So much easier to have the light practically and just replace the shield on post. Indian movie budget pushes these decisions to be made earlier unlike Disney and marvel now trying to do everything in post so they can micro manage and take late calls, cos they are ready to throw money at it, however don’t realise that you can’t buy time, and hence the quality suffers. Rant over.
