This was fun. I loved the hilarious commentary 😂 you should do a watch-along of Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota (2018). It's actually a fantastic movie. It's on Netflix. And the action is probably the best I've seen in Hindi cinema. Same director as Monica, Oh My Darling. Another one is Force 2 (2016). You don't need to watch the first one, it's not good. But Force 2 is an excellent action movie. Same director as Delhi Belly.

oh i’m confident they’ll be in the majority and love this film, and i’m not justifying it. Maybe saying “manage your expectations”, was a wrong word of choice. I just know the overacting comes out as jarring at first, but you’ll soon understand the film is paying an homage to old school Bollywood. I was just trying to say it’s a very fun film with great songs, and to expect to have a great time, and nothing else.

You can't keep begging them to watch it for weeks and now pull the rug from underneath to manage their expectations. I'm in the camp of - it's a terrible movie - too long, too much overacting, bad script! So too late now, I guess.

since ur watching it soon wanted to add a lil something to manage your expectations. the movie is essentially a spoof of old bollywood so there’s a lot of devdas-y acting, but it’s intentional and you’ll see why.
