It is really grounded when compared to his other movies 😀 I actually liked this more than the bahubali series. So, i feel you may like it. And even tho i am a Telugu guy, i did not enjoy Magadheera. And most of my likes for the movies are in sync with yours and i think you might like Maryada Ramanna more than Magadheera. I would say skip Magadheera

Rajamouli has taken a comedian / character actor without much fan following into his movie as the lead actor. He made this movie as relief from the pressures of making huge budget movies with biggest stars. Its inspired from Buster Keaton's 1923 silent comedy film Our Hospitality.
