That film is HUGE in the subcontinent and both this and “Nazrein Mili” (Raja) are inspired by it - ironically both released in 1995, though Nazrein Mili is the only one actually worth listening to. 😂😂 Aamir became very “social theme” oriented post 2000, but his work in the 90s was very diverse as well. He definitely experimented and built the image he now has through his work.
