This is laughable! Savarkar inspired Bhagat Singh and Netaji? Like wow. Its such a big turn off when you see films being made for propaganda with absolutely no research. BTW, I inspired SRK to become an actor.

As much as I like him, I have not watched a lot of him. The series was as you said, quite ok but not spectacular. Personally, I love cultural and language diversity and also prefer series and the long format to films. And this show Cat, I liked it's strong punjabi background. I like some of the shows on Sony Liv like Rakthaanchal and others as it showcases UP and Khakee does the same for Bihar. The acting is great in all these but the stories are not all new but its the place and time its set in that I enjoy. Like Rakhtanchal showcases Benaras so well. It does not make it look good but actually shows the filth and yet makes me want to go there next time I am in India.
