In Episode 3, there is a sequence when there is a guy from the Sherpur gang who who follows the 2 Ganchi gang members to the hospital from that restaurant and he bribes a guy in the hospital to ask who was there in the ICU. Although Adarsh's character might suspect a bunch of folks starting from the doctor he offed at the hospital. Stating it here as you guys mentioned it again in the Ep-4 watchalong

Didn't help that the last one i watched was 'Kohrra' which is so deeply immersive despite lacking any redeeming characters. Felt predictable, slow, boring in places, dialogues were sometimes good but mostly nothing. Still look forward to Citadel India.
