Hopefully it won't matter for the whole film. At first Sanjay Dutt seemed for me too old in Munna Bhai. But the film and his great performance made me to forget this issue. Magic of cinema

Hope it will be another Hirani's magic Curious if from SRK we get more of a star or pure film character π€

In the Gurudwara scene where Tapsee is praying while holding a toy airplane, I thought they were just showing it for effect but I got to know that there's actually a Gurudwara in Punjab referred to as 'Aeroplane Gurudwara' where people offer toy aeroplanes at the shrine and pray for visa approval to go abroad. 2. SRK was dancing on top of an airplane structure on the terrace of a house, another bit that I thought was just a fun prop for the song. I am aware that people have water storage units on top of their houses in India which is pretty common but apparently, in some areas like Punjab they build these in the form of fun objects and there are actually a lot of houses with aeroplane & other funny shaped water tankers. P.S: If anyone is bored or curious, do a google search... it's hilarious, there's everything from a bird...plane...rice cooker and many other shapes. π

2023-11-22 17:23:46 +0000 UTCSuper catchy song! π So excited for this collaboration finally happening after Rajkumar Hirani approached SRK first for Munna bhai & 3 Idiots which didn't work out. I can't imagine anyone else other than Sanjay Dutt as Munna bhai now but it's so interesting to think how SRK's career in the last decade would've been different if he had ended up doing 3 Idiots and how it would've impacted his movie choices in the early 2010s which include the terrible trio of Chennai Express/Happy New Year/Dilwale.
