Better 90's Karishma suggestion for y'all to watch "Hero no. 1" -- its a Govinda/Karishma movie and its pretty stupid-silly fun, but its a good time and you can start to explore that iconic couple and get a taste of a Govinda movie. Better Aamir movie suggestion -- "Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak" (his debut) Better 90's suggestion -- "Hum Aapke Hain Kaun" VERY Iconic but MORE IMPORTANTLY, so essential to understanding Hindi movie history, Indian culture, what really worked in the 90s and inspiration to everything Karan Johar made from 1998-2004. Even though I don't think y'all will like the movie, I also feel that you will appreciate aspects of how beautifully the film is shot AND its important to know that it was maybe the only film in a LONG time -- perhaps the first in a decade that doesn't have an antagonist and it kind of set the template for all those amazing 2000's SRK movies we love! TBH I would love to see a Steph-Korbin watch a long for this movie bc Stephanie is just so brilliant at understanding a variety of things sometimes I think other reacters on YouTube miss. She reminds me of Achara from Jaby's channel. :)

Having lived through the time, it got exhausting seeing the star-crossed lovers thing repeated over and over again. The only thing that was changing was that sometimes the villain was a dad, instead of a jealous best friend, or a sibling instead of a stepmom. Anyhow, this movie won a bunch of awards because of the pair's chemistry and music. If you watch it and hate it because it just drags on, then don't say we didn't warn you.
