I guess u can try with one of the video files and ask Korbin to check coz last time when i had shared srt files Korbin was a bit apprehensive on how to use it so i had to add and share with him!

Or maybe we can upload a sub file (.srt, etc.) and upload it to our request while pasting the URL link to the YouTube video. Would that work? In case the file upload feature doesn’t take very large files (eg. videos).

Korbin, I noticed that the form allows you to select a past date too which shouldn't be the case....ideally, you could just have the date default to today's date based on when the form was submitted or allow people to only choose current/future dates.
