Even as an adult, I’ve gone back to watch some kids’ cartoons, like Gravity Falls and Steven Universe. However, when it comes to shows like Adventure Time and The Amazing World of Gumball, while I’ve seen countless fanworks of the characters, I’ve never actually watched the original series.
Seizing this opportunity, I finally decided to watch The Amazing World of Gumball and enjoyed a long-overdue moment of relaxation (thankfully, in this streaming era, we don’t have to sit in front of a TV waiting for the schedule anymore).
My goodness, Nicole is truly one of the best mom characters ever. She’s overflowing with maternal love while also being full of energy and mischievousness—a combination that’s quite uncommon for a motherly character. I can’t believe I missed out on her before.
