The important thing is to follow a pace that makes sense for your sanity and understand that there will be a minority that will try and make it burdensome (why did everyone just look at me? 🤪🤪). As someone who feels burned out by the pressures of my daily work many times I know that mental health is vital so don't pressure yourself and follow your own rhythm. Nothing i know you haven't heard before but it is important anyways that it is said. Thanks for the content you have uploaded, I've enjoyed it.
