Not sure about Suga always being MC, but it COULD have been because of his shoulder injury....They could've been limiting his chances of making it worse or making it flare up. We don't ever get told that, I'm just guessing. Or, maybe he just didn't like some activities...? I never even try to guess the spy....I'm always wrong, lol.

They are so quick to point fingers and accuse everyone of everything; it's utter chaos and I love it so much.
