I’m not sure exactly what happened, but apparently the today show was a mess? The weather was freezing, jk was violently shivering and after the soundcheck, he was overheard telling the staff that he was struggling to sing because of how the icy wind was blowing straight into his nose. On top of that, apparently his in-ears weren’t working. You can see him popping them out and a bit of panicked gesturing before the second verse. 😅 Thing is, even with all that, he still managed to sound nearly flawless. And then he had the AUDACITY to go on weverse and write an apology to army, saying he had ruined the show, he was so sorry and would do better next time. Meanwhile everyone on social media is like, dafuq is he talking about?? Poor JK… his golden maknae reputation puts so much pressure for him to be perfect. Doesn’t he understand that even when he messes up, we’re all just hopelessly endeared?
