I might be mistaken, but that looks like the DO11-E human interface with custom S155//Y mods. It can squee at a range of 100 meters with independently targeted computer-assisted huggleglomps. It also keeps the user's hair curly and bouncy throughout any neo-noir dystopian precipitation!
