Long time no quiche
Added 2018-05-09 14:17:11 +0000 UTCSo I wandered into a random vegan bakery near Gyeongbokgung station this morning to grab some breakfast and ended up having the most delicious (can’t believe it was vegan) quiche ever?! It was made from tofu, and had this super healthy looking crust but it TASTED LIKE PIE CRUST. I had a nice chat with the baker, her English was really good!! I thought about trying to practice Korean but couldn’t think of anything I could say besides “it’s delicious” and “thanks for the food” haha. Ended up having a successful phone call in Korean with a taxi driver later on in the day so I’m pretty proud of myself💪🏻 Baby steps lol.
