So I’ve been in Tokyo for the last 3 days filming a mini-documentary for the Canadian Government about Japan and Canada’s relationship. I wasn’t involved in the filming/scripting part of the project at all, I’m just the “actor” reading out the lines and also voicing over the whole project. It’s kind of something new for me, I don’t really like reading lines... I guess because it feels fake and forced since I’m used to just saying whatever I’m thinking in my vlogs😅 But I rarely pass up an opportunity to try something new and I figured it would give me some practice memorizing lines and being on camera in a more professional setting! Really hope it turns out how they are imagining it. I’ll be spending next week completing the voiceover. Once the video gets approved it will be used in Canadian high school history classes! I’m pretty thrilled about that because we talked about a lot of different aspects of Japan that aren’t usually covered in the Canadian high school curriculum. But yeah I’m suuuuper tired and can’t wait to get home and relax a bit😅
