Billy is still alive, but I don't think I'll revisit and continue that story, considering that the spellbook is my first ever story and I admit that there are plenty of plotholes in that story. Regarding of karma, I personally find the appeal in this giantess concept is that the giantesses are able to do whatever they want without any consequences whatsoever. Thus, I don't think I'll make a story about them being punished.
