Testing Map v1.3 Update

Fixes:
- Due to some script conflict issues when using /developer commands, I have made it so the player can activate god mode and max ammo without developer commands. When god-mode is activated it will last 5 minutes, and can be re-activated. DO NOT LAUNCH WITH /DEVELOPER COMMANDS
Zombies:
- Added new Glowing One enemy type
- Re-added Mister Handy enemy type
Weapons:
- Minigun
- Proton Axe
- Ripper (Replaces default knife)
- Plasma Grenade (Placed in players tactical slot temporarily)
