I love this section of the story, the upcoming chapters are really fun and interesting, and the finale to this arc is very powerful, so I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter even if it is mostly setup. Also just as an FYI but Tusk's new forms are usually referred to as 'Acts' just like Koichi's Echoes, and Tusk upgrading Acts is not due to Johnny getting more coprse parts, it's solely due to him growing as a person and understanding more of the spin's potential.
