MilkShake is portrayed as a friendly and whimsical clown, while Mime-olator, who is depicted as a rival, is a dominatrix mime. The central focus of the story is BlueSKull, who is able to experience his dreams in a fully conscious and physically interactive manner. This dream world serves as his alternate reality.
