Hey Buddies!
This is a technique for ANYONE who is trying to build hammy flexibility but it does ask for a certain amount of flexibility off the bat.
Try it, and if you aren't able to get into any of these positions, let me know - I'll post a modification video!
To me, this one ALWAYS scratches the hamstring stretch itch. It just feels soooo good and really makes awesome gains in mobility. LMK your thoughts and ENJOY!
