Let's get flexy. This week's tidbit release is actually more like a class. It's 20 minutes, it's designed to be done after you're body is already warm (think very hot Summer day warm or after a sweaty workout warm).
This pinning-and-stretching routine, if done once or twice a week, will absolutely increase your flexibility and you'll feel the difference within a couple weeks. ALL of these positions are pretty advanced and some of them might not be accessible to you-YET!
