Lats and Serratus Anterior

Hey Friends!

This week's Release Technique is so awesome. Releasing the lat with this technique is surprisingly sensational, satisfying, and can connect a lot of dots for those of you with lingering shoulder pain that you can't seem to work out.

Because the shoulder girdle is circular (it has a top, a bottom, a front, a back and all the angles in between) we often become fixated on ONE spot that bothers us rather than looking at the whole picture--sometimes the pain we are feeling is just a symptom of a pattern that is being upheld by tension elsewhere. This lat technique reminds me of that almost every time I do it. It feels so good. I hope you like it!
