57 Minute Full Body Roll

It had been two weeks since our last Release Technique class together and this one was magic in minutes for me, personally.
This class starts with a pretty advanced quadricep roll, so do as much as you can--soft rollers recommended. Here's what else is inside:
- quadriceps
- lateral stretch and hips
- calves
- hamstrings
- shins
- mid back and ribcage mobilization
- pecs and front of shoulder
- neck
- head
- yum.
