This class kinda healed me! I hope you find the same relief. We did a ton but it all felt slow and careful and meditative. You'll want a roller and two tennis/pinky/racquet/lacrosse balls. :)
Here's what's inside:
- inner thighs
- glutes/hips
- lateral stretch (side body)
- quadriceps
- calves
- in between shoulder blades & spine (the rhomboids)
- the belly
- pectorals
- upper traps and neck
