58 Minute Full Body Foam Roll

I know that it's difficult, mentally, to set aside a WHOLE HOUR for foam rolling. Barre? Of course! Cycling? No prob! Yoga? At least! But foam rolling? I get it. For so many of you, your brain has a hard time grasping how enjoyable an entire hour could actually be. Obviously when you do it, it FLIES by...but it's getting there that's the hard part.
So I have a hack for you: at about the 30/35 minute mark in ALL of my foam rolling classes, we transition from the lower body moves to the upper body moves. If it serves you better, just find the transition and take half the class!
But if you can make it for the whole thing this weekend, then here's what you're in for:
- glutes
- hips
- deep hamstrings
- inner thighs
- calves
- ribs - intercostals, diaphragm
- lats
- anterior shoulders
- biceps
- forearms
- neck
- jaw and head
Put some groovy, calming music on in your space and let's roll. <3
