This one is all about those leggies. Don't worry too much, it ends with an upper back roll. π Really though, for the most part you're working both sides of the lower leg and a deeper dive on the calves, too. Some hamstrings, some hips. If you need a circulation boost or some deeper calf work, this is your class.
If your upper body is feeling achy, this is NOT your class. Go to an upper body one, first. π
