I pop in 2-3 times a week. At least once for a workout and once for a long foam roll.

2023-07-12 18:51:38 +0000 UTCHi! I just joined and am a complete newbie. I have been trying some of your stretching from your tiktok videos and already am in love for my severe back and neck pain. I am excited to do more and also do workouts to gain strength! Where do you suggest I start? I browsed through everything on here and am a bit overwhelmed with all of it. Do you have a good list for a beginner to work through the videos? Or do I just go and pick and choose?
