30 Minute Lower Body Roll

It's gotten cooler here in the Bay Area and it's warm and cozy rolling sessions like this that just make me want to rest and relax. This is a GREAT CLASS to take at the end of an exhausting day. No energy required for this one. It will have your hips and low back feeling way less achy, and give you just the reprieve you'll want to get a lovely night's sleep. Here's what's inside:
- Hip flexor and inner thigh stretch
- Glutes and hips
- Quadriceps
- Lateral line stretch
- Upper back
- Literally nothing else 😆
Enjoy and put on some relaxing, soothing music for yourself during this class!

This is the one right here. It makes such a big difference in how my quads, hips, and low back are feeling, and if I go too long without doing this roll, I can definitely tell--tight legs, tight back, less flexibility. This one really helps keep me in shape for basketball and helps me deal with the aftereffects of all that running and jumping.
