Hour-Long Roll with Tennis Ball Intensity
Added 2024-04-19 18:00:07 +0000 UTCThis class warms up our bodies with the foam roller but is really more focused on going DEEP into the glutes, back and feet with two tennis-ball sized balls. I'm using my trusty Pinky Balls from OPTP (found here) but any balls you have of this size are great. Remember, if they feel TOO firm, try to soften up the surface below you. Soft carpet, stack of blankets, etc. You can even throw a folded up hand towel in between you and the balls for added cushion. Here's what's inside:
Feet with balls
Back line fascial stretch
Glutes on roller
Lateral line fascial stretch
Calves on roller
Deep glutes on balls
Spinal muscles on balls
Deep Pecs on balls
Have some groovy, relaxing music on in your space before you start this class. Enjoy!
