Yes I know, Rackstuds v2 came out late last year, but this is the first I'm hearing of them, so you get to watch my review on them now. Also, my Arris cable modem is no longer just chilling on top of one of my servers, so that's pretty cool.
But first... What am I drinking???
Kansas Collaboration Series between Walnut River Brewing and Norsemen Brewing, it's the Kveik Black Oat IPA, clocking in at 7.7%. Like many of the Kansas-area beers I've tried, the hops are present, but very dry and earthy. This beer to me is like a dry-hoppeed Bud Copper Reserve, not an American IPA. Not terrible, but not remarkable either.
